Dear Friend,
Previously, all the handicapped persons who are purchasing the current
booking ticket could travel in the handicapped coach. Therefore, it was a
general coach for disabled.
Now, I heard from Access India friends that it has been announced as
reservation coach for the handicapped persons that means according to my
knowledge, the persons who are reserving the tickets only can travel in the
handicapped coach and therefore, again, we have been forced to struggle with
the normal people at peak times and the luxury of handicapped coach is
denied. I strongly recommend the like minded people may raise our voice to
restore the coach as a general handicapped coach again.

1. How this issue impact Visually disabled?
This coach is used only by Arthopedically disabled?
2. Is this Bhogi is a general compartment or reserved coach?
