1. It is really sad to know that even people in AI are laboring under a misconception that disabled coach in railways is used only by orthopeddically handicapped. I think this confusion is the result of employing the term "handicapped" instead of disability, and this confusion is widespread from santri to mantri. But AI person falling a prey to this?
