Amar and Ravi, I have reinstalled JAWS but the problem persists. When I press insert A in internet explorer, JAWS says address bar. This keystroke does not work in firefox. I am a bit hesitant in tinkering with the registry, I have never done it before and my knowledge is insufficient to bale me out of a tricky situation if at all. More over, erasing firefox completely and then reinstalling it may not solve the problem since I am encountering the same problem in internet explorer as well. Control L and Alt D takes me to me to open web location allright, but copy pasting from there does not give me the entire URL. For example it will give me something like cricinfo.com and not the particular page that I am on at that moment. Hope I was able to clarify myself sufficiently enough. Moiz.
