Amar, The issue with Skype4 not speaking menu will get resolved one once opts for 'Classic view' instead of 'Compact view' under 'General setting' option, tools. I found all the contact names speaking too but 'not selected ....' Which even with JAWS cursor helping out to select, could never bring available on call under 'call menu'.
