Hello, Below are the steps to create Skype ID.
Visit the below web link for Skype version 3.8 http://www.filehippo.com/download_skype/4911/ NOTE: Clicking the link(s) may give an error indicating that it is invalid. If this occurs, copy the link and paste it on the address bar in your browser until the complete address is displayed in the Address box. After opening above web link, scroll down to "Download This version" and download the software. Jaws Scripts for Skype version 3.8. After opening above web link, press Insert+F7 for LinksList and scroll down to "Revision 653a". Press Enter on it and save it to desktop. After you download above mentioned files, just install them and after installation open Skype. To open skype. Go to Desktop by pressing Windows key + D or Windows key + M. Press the letter S till you jaws says Skype. Press enter on it and the Skype window will open. First page will be the Create new account.
