In response to your second question, Latest version of Talks (Nuance Talks 5.01.1) is the only version that is fully competible with Nokia C5-00. All previous versions have some or the other issues with this phone and you may end up with your phone hanging again and again. Moreover, no previous version would speak out contact names and no support for profiles is available.
