Radio Mirchi being a commercial channel - all they need is a phenomenal tone of voice and a good sense of humour with loads of awareness ofcourse. Otherwise, I'd have gone for it as well. They're very much open and hunting for the same for the last few months. The advert. and the texts had also been dropped.
