Sir,
That is a button which establish the highest value, after which it will give
a signal. EG: if U set it at 110 and your BP is higher, the devise will emit
a warning, that Your values have gone over that standard pre-set.
Now, depending on Your age and/if any BP issue, U can set it as per Your
requirement. I would suggest U set that on 180, because that is a pretty
high value anyway, and, if ever the device shows more while measuring, get
to doctor.
For any further issues, please any time write.
Adina

The instrument I am using is Digital Blood Pressure monitor model UA-767T.
In the front pannel there is a sliding button (pressure) if it is pushed
upward it changes to 180 210 and 240 My question is at what particular
value
I should keep it while measuring the blood pressure of myself.

Friends are there some members using talking BP instrument? If so
Can you please share your experience? How far it is reliable? There
are 4 options 150, 180, 210 and 240 in the main body of the
instrument which can be adjusted by sliding a nob upward or downward.
Where should one place that before starting to measure the blood
pressure? Will be grateful for any response and feedback.
