Dear All I happend to attend a lecture on the captioned subject recently. It would help students of economics and those working in the area of advocacy.
As I hope, all of us are soldiers for advocacy, hence it would help all on the list. Intermitently the AC noise has creeped into the recording, I don't think filtering would really help.
