hai accessindians,
here my problem is that I have applyed online net banking and mobile
banking facility in bank of baroda. first they tryed to reject my form by
saying that we will not give this kind of facilities to visually impared
person. after I gave the circular of reserve bank of india, they accept my
form, but now, 15 days have passed, but they are still not giving me this
facilities. I called them many times, and I also wisited twice, last I
wisited on monday only, but they are saying that they haven't got
permition from their suppiriors yet.
so, what step I should take against them to get facilities as soon as
posible?
please suggest me and help me about this serious matter.
