many days have passed, but still I haven't got any positive response from
their side. yesterday also I went there and I asked about netbanking, but
they didn't reply me properly by saying that they still haven't got any kind
of permition from their suppiriors which is on vadodra.
I got one mail id of main branch of vadodra, and I wrote about my needs by
telling them that I have already submited the circular of RBI, but I haven't
got any kind of response from their side also.
now, as you told me that you will give me a mail id by which I can complain
against them. but I got one mail id from our moderator Mr harish sir, and
the mail id is:

so, you also wanted to give me the same id which I menshened above? or if
any other solution is there, kindly tell me, so I can do complain against
them, or if any contact no. is there, then I can contact them also.

and also one more thing I would like to share with all the accessindians
that yesterday one person from accessindia called me on my mobile by telling
that I should not go for this kind of facilities because it is harmfull for
the visually impared person, because there are many hackers who can easily
hacks our accounts. and he told me that I should not to do any kind of
complain against them. and he further told me that if I have join account,
then only I can go for this kind of facilities, otherwise because of
hackers, we, as a visually impared should not take this facilities. and
because i do the thumb impression, they will not provide me this facilities.
so friends, is it correct information? and yusuf sir, waighting for your

here my problem is that I have applyed online net banking and mobile
banking facility in bank of baroda. first they tryed to reject my form by
saying that we will not give this kind of facilities to visually impared
person. after I gave the circular of reserve bank of india, they accept
my form, but now, 15 days have passed, but they are still not giving me
this facilities. I called them many times, and I also wisited twice, last
I wisited on monday only, but they are saying that they haven't got
permition from their suppiriors yet.
so, what step I should take against them to get facilities as soon as
posible?
please suggest me and help me about this serious matter.
