Here is another case for you from this forum.  Since this is an
extreme in it's nature, I still remember it and searched for it in my
mail.  I am pasting the name of the sender, date of posting, and the
body of the mail for your reference.  I hope the original sender
doesn't mind as I have taken the mail from Access India mails.

hi folks
I don't think this is an isolated incident. I to have faced the
problem of incompetent scribe or writer twice. Once with UGC NET and
almost a year back with kerala PSC. In the latter case, the person who
came to assist me was completely drunk. and i had to request the exam
authorities to replace him which they did. But not before a war of
words and threatening from the drunken man. the whole situation can
dampen ones spirit and confidence.
Now, if this is so widespread we must do something urgent. let's put
our thoughts and experiences together and try to find a solution.
