I am using Airtel as my service provider, and they have very nice system for
the customers on their IVR.
dialing 1909 on airtel, it connects to the DND service where we have various
choices to select as what type of SMS or promotion calls we want to receive
from the companies.
Since am not knowing what mobile connection you have been using, I can just
suggest you to try 1909 and follow the voice prompting.
