Hi I think that you have not installed proper audio driver, can u tell me from where u found the audio driver program? make sure that u selected the correct audio driver from the lenovo website in consumer support section. Some of the driver are for 64 bit make sure u installed one which is compatible with Z570 and windows xp. Since the machine came with free dos then it is supposed to be run properly with each os. They cann't say that only win 7 will run properly. Ask the technical team to register ur complaint on 18004259003 and engeneer will visit the sight. But once again I will say that make sure about the driver which u installed.
