I think railways accepts only totally blind person for the purpose of concession, don't u think its arbitrary? I will support the view that they should provide escort concession for totally blind as usual and in case of vi to the candidate only. what is the view of other member upon it? Should we do something for it, because as per PWD Act the benifit should be extended to the all vi persons.
