Hello Amjad,
Sorry for replying late.

Kanchan mam, and others are wittness of the many drafts and
representations which have been presented to ministry many times.

Correct if I’m wrong, Recently a group of delegates of various NGOs
met to Mr. Dinesh trivedi Which also included Mr. Rajiv Raturi from
HRLN, and Our respected member Mr. Advocate Subhash Vashishth. To add
to it, some representations were made and Emails were also sent to
the ministry prior to the last Rail budget.

Why Can we not write to the chief justice of Delhi high court to
dispose the matter in urgent bases? I think there is nothing wrong in
it.

We do face problem with railways, on their website, with officials, we
come to our home and write the incident on accessindia. But when
somebody gives the suggestions, no replies, comments, nothing!!!! I
have faced such situation 2 3 times. Its like as if they’re updating
the facebook status and we’re commenting on that. I can show you some
instances where people shared their issues here,I have given the
appropriate suggestions, promised them to assist them where ever
required, and they remained silent.

Waiting for response,

With regards,
Akhilesh Kumar Dahiya,
Advocate.
