Nageswaraiah,

As of now, I think, you can just touch her hands and observe her expressions
and not much can be done at the young age. Since, she is only 1.5 years old
baby, 

Does she say any smaller words? Did you folks try and teach her how to call
parents etc? I think, it's too early to judge her as person with speech
impairment. 

@Dinesh, sorry, but request you to read the original email before you reply,
sorry, but 1.5 year baby cannot understand computers...
