Aren't portable speech synthesizers readily available in market to
take care of this need?
I know Hawkins uses one, but it is tailor made.
I mean any products to be used in general by speech impaired in their
day-to-day life.
the Voice may be natural human sounding voice.

consult ENT and get it checked if incase you are too worried because
