I am having an acount in Fedral bank and they are giving all what we are suppose to get like ATM card cheque book and all other facilities including net banking. The only thing you have to do is to ask them to creat an acount in Yuva mithra acount for you. It is a special acount for the Visually impaired. It is a 0 balance acount activation. Check it out with them. If they say that they wont give you atm card or any other facilities then write me off the list I'll check it out with them. If it something to do with your own branch office then i'll see if anyone can do something or else you may have to talk with your branch manager. This is all.
