Hi friends, Hope, you all are doing well. I need help regarding Delhi Transport Corporation. 1. I need the details of complaining authority of operation of buses in a particular route. Can I present myself to make complains? What is the procedure? 2. Can I meet the Chairman of DTC to make complains if the problem is unsolved? Actually I am a passenger of route no. 374 the service of route is very poor. I have tried to make complains through RTI's. The problem was solved for sometime but the service became poor again.
