Hi Nautial, Thanks for raising the important/crucial issue pertaining
to our community.
What you are informed may be true in some extent. It won’t apply to
all visually impaired persons. Many of visually impaired persons are
productive in bank due to computer & other assistive technology. In my
own case, last year I got 75 marks compare to our cited counterparts.
Due to this, few of my colleagues got jealous on me because they got
40 to 50 marks. Now our department got new Chief Manager who is not
much cooperative.
I personally feel they should give some relaxation in marks for all
Persons With Disabilities during promotion.
