Hello,
Today’s show covering the aspects of PWD’S was certainly milestone in
the area of making social awareness amongst society and its certainly
a great push for the future. Unlike every new borne baby brings ray of
hope for the bright future, I think this show too needs more
improvements especially it could do lot while covering the aspects of
PWD’s.

I fully second the opinion expressed by zuzar sir because there are
many candidates who are struggling for their appropriate position but
due to the discrimination and many aspects like feeling of insecurity,
superior domination etc the talent is being hidden or suppressed by
the hierarchy of so called abled community. So I think there is more
number of such people who are deprived of the right opportunity either
in the field of education, employment, etc and their voice is being
lost in the louder noise of big promises of abled community. Because I
feel and experienced at several instance that so called abled
community appreciates the talents of differently abled community,
expresses sympathy, sorrows for their sufferings but when things come
to practicality they tend to push their feet back from the battle
field.

I know few instances where the boys were differently abled from their
eyes and were highly qualified when time came to search for their life
partners, after looking at their resume they were ready with no hassle
but when moment came to personal discussions parents from both the
sides had some difference of opinion and slowly withdrawn their
decision.

Not only this, I have also seen that when one person from our so
called differently able community tend to achieve some amount of good
success, keep himself/herself isolated from their disabled counterpart
so as to hide the situation of facing awkward while remaining in the
group of sighted and successful colleagues at work or in the
surroundings of abled community group. I do not name a particular
person but the instant example is one person who were in this show and
while in my school days I have seen the parents and teachers attitude
of that person to keep away from the other differently abled
colleagues in the school so that the concerned person will not get
spoil or remain backward having no opportunity in the hands. Can we
expect such person to represent the community of differently abled
persons in the future?

Sorry if I am going against the rules of the list but can not stop
myself when things come to leading any needy segment of the society.
If done so I am ready to face the consequences.

I have no personal opinion against any particular person but this kind
of situation takes place amongst us too so why to expect the things
from the abled community when we ourselves has superior complex
attitude somewhere not everywhere. But you might have heard the saying
in Hindi because sorry my English is not that strong “ek aam agar
kharab hai to puree tokree ko bigad sakta hai”.

So I feel that there should be the strugglers of unemployment,
strugglers of getting education as highlighted in the show be
telecasted in the entire show and the our god father like jabedjee
who had given the practical message amongst educators be telecasted
who could share more relevant experiences with truth picture in front
of the society.
thanks,
mukesh.
