Hi Kiran,

In terms of relative comparison between

HR, finance, marketing and systems

Because I have experienced in first 3,

HR in my opinion is the most adjustable role.

I mean being finance graduate, I may be very good in concepts but in
work environment accessibility becomes a problem. It slows me down on
excel & PPT and corporate don’t have time.

Therefore, I have chosen responsibilities where I can compete with
even the best in the business; regulatory, commodity and currency
reports, research, strategy etc.

SO, if you like HR. Go for it.

There are various sub-roles with in it; Recruitment, Training &
development, Employee engagement, PMS, Compensation benefits, IR (More
to do with manufacturing), OD and many other differently worded.

Best institutes for HR in my opinion backed with some knowledge in
order of reputation,

XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD Pune, KJ Somaiyya and off course top 5 IIMs. But
after all, target placements,

Speka to Nupur, Suman, Tushar even Swati Saxena from TISS.

, Jatin from SCMHRD,

I don’t know any VI ffrom XLRI or Somaiyaa.

Please, I beg you only do full time course from top 10 institutes.

Good Luck
