as per my knowledge, 300 dots per inch (dpi) is ideal. certainly resolution affects the accuracy of recognition. but too high resolution increases the file size if you keep images like in PDF or kes formats.

Subject: [AI] Doubt regarding Scanning

Hi all,

What should be the ideal resolution while scanning? The moto of the
question is, When we convert that immage in Word. Does changing
resolution affect it's quality? In my scanner settings, the resolution
is 200.

Regards

Siddhi
