hi, you can use OCR technology of jaws 13.
it may helps you to connect the data card to internet.
i have ZTE modem along with reliance 3g, i use OCR to connect to internet.
how ever in my data card have the abiloty to auto connect.
you can explore the settings using OCR technology of jaws.
