Mr. Vipin Tiwari is not providing the proper facilities for visually-impaired in Equal opportunity cell and compelling colleges to provide the accessible environment? You have funds for providing the wheal chairs to physically disable friends and you don't have the fund to provide the reader facilities to visually challenged students!!!! You don't ask the questions to the hostels authorities when bona fide visually-impaired students are thrown out of hostels during the mid of their course, and you apply all your might to compel the hostel authorities to provide the hostel facilities to those who are failing again and again, and for the simple reasons that they are Mobility impaired? student with minor cut in finger is counted as persons with disabilities and you help her to get the hostel facility to fill the quota of mobility impaired?
