date to apply. but I'm  afraid that IBPS can take such defence that
they're not responsible for faults and defect on their website, as
they have put it on their advertisement that candidates should not
wait till the last moment. When candidate should not wait for the last
date, what is the purpose of the last date?

When you provide the only option to apply and that is online,  it
should work smoothly til the last second of last date, and candidates
should not suffer because IBPS can not handle the last moment croud.

@Jignesh: As far my knowledge goes, the matter has become infructuous,
(means nothing can be done as far as the legal battle is concern).

The arbitrary clause could have been challenged when it got published
and before last date of applying.
