Any concrete proof?
I hope that you may be aware Newspapers/magazines do prefer to publish
scam news which is backed up by authoritative sources.
Also, Section 69 of PWD act prescribes the punishment for such offence.
Please try to collect as much as information and in detail with regard
to the offence.
