Hi everyone Being on AccessIndia we are all well connected and so to say on a common page.
Again we are all dispersed over the length and breadth of the country. Hence, we are now positioned to pitch our voice effectively with local NGO's working in ones neighbourhood. We can act as a catalyst to bringing about changes on the working of NGO's as well. It may not be very easy but to bring about any change it is never easy. Instead of waiting for things to take its course, we individually can get responsible and work towards bringing changes that we all cherish to achieve. Hi Bhavani, I accept that what you ar saying is happening. But lets not generalise it. I don't know about private sector. But I think many PSUs are indeed recruiting persons with severe disabilities without discriminating amongst disabled. Moreover in this thread, lets stay focused on how to strengthen these initiatives instead of fake certificates or mild nominal disabilities.
