If it is so, then really a nice move by HDFC! We need many more of such ATMs throughout the country. But I would like to know that whether anybody has used the IVR features in any of HDFC’s ATMs? We must however be aware about the distinction between ATMs having in-built speech system which are actually not the IVR system; hence it supports only fewer functions of ATM. Whereas the IVR system, which is specially developed for supporting certain models of ATMs, enables VI to do all transactions independently with offering various options.
