Each Airline has its duty manager on the terminals on which it operates. So if you ever need special assistance, apart from informing customer care desk, it is always advisable to inform the duty manager 15 minutes prior to your arrival on the Airport, so that there is no delay in escorting.
In fact, Mumbai Airport's website has numbers of all the duty managers for each airline. However, I could not find same on Delhi Airport website. Regards, -- Amar Jain.
