Hi Rahul, Another option for you is to get a smart phone or tablet and use that as an ebook reader. The advantage of this approach is that you get much more than a book reader. You can look at Android phones and use applications such as the Ideal ebook reader. If you buy an iPhone, you can use the voice dream reader.
I do use a victor reader stream but I am not sure if I am going to continue using a specialist book reading device after the stream. One point you may want to consider is the folder structure on your device of choice. I have over 600 books on my device and keeping them organized is hard. Efficient navigation is crucial. In addition, how easy is it to transfer files to and from the device? Do you need a specific application to do so? If you use an Android device, this is not the case but on the iPhone, you mostly have to use iTunes or a cloud based service such as dropbox. When it comes to the victor reader stream, you can do this both ways. I find it easier to copy my books using windows explorer. Some of the tablet / phone based reaeders have integration with services such project Gutenberg and Bookshare. This may be significant. Finally, what do you want to read? If you are reading documents with tables then go for a netbook. How much below markup navigation will you have to do?
