Agree with vedprakash sir. But I don't thing a student who is in class 4th
has to solve such 2d or 3d objects in mathamatics. And according to me,
simple diagram such as angle, triangle, rectangle, square, circle, rhombos,
trapisum, etc can easily be drawn by visually impaired person if he or she
gets proper teacher. I believe without a diagram it will be very very tough
to understand the things regarding geometry. Well though I don't draw such a
horable diagram on my own, my teacher will draw for me and teach me as we
have a vast paper of mathematics in our course.

Diagrams and maps are just tools which help understanding different
concepts.
So do not give much importance to tools. rather, Try to grasp the concept.
Now-a-days, technology has made it possible for the visually impaired to
study maps, diagrams etc.
However, in fourth standard, better use simple techniques to explain
scientific concept.
I never got the opportunity to use the modern equipments as I was studying
science and maths long back, but I was able to understand algebraic and
geometric concepts, thanks to my teachers, who used inovative ideas to make
me learn.
