Hi Its better to invest in Mac because any day voice over is better than Jaws and is also free. There is a kit for voice which you can install to enhance the accessibility of voice over. If you feel like using windows you can boot up windows as well on a mac. There you can use jaws and other office application. I have not used iWork which is equallent to ms office but iWork on I devices works perfectly and iOs is mac's stripped down version so I guess voice over will work with iWork.
