sir, there are thousands of members in national federation of the blind. any
organisation can not run far 40 years with only 6-7 people. I am of the
opinion that totally blind and mentally retired people were always denied to
get their genuine rights. who will raise there voice? on other hands the
people holding money and power are enjoying the rights.

Some pertinent questions have been posed to me. They were posed earlier also
but I could not reply then due to a genuine paucity of time. But now I can

So, my message to Neelima & Company is to curb the hysteria. In a day or two

1. why did you lead a campaign in favour of passing this bill without
any debate among stakeholders and even without looking at the content
of the bill?
2. it is very true that it was only NFB which could get access to the
copy of this flawed bill. Had nfb not circulated the draft in public
domain, the passing of this bill would have done an immense damage to
the very interests of the disableds.
3. why did you not try to seek a copy of the bill from the government?
4. why did you not tell the disableds that you have not looked at the
approved cabinet draft?
