A few ideas.
1. If you know the function of the sine wave, use the function plotter in
the vOICe and hear it in real-time.
2. You can do the same with mathtracks and the audio graphing calculator
from View Plus Technologies if I am not mistaken.
3. Alternatively, generate the graph in Excel and send the image to someone
who can print it in Braille.
4. Use prott with the vOICe. Prott is a program many linguists use to study
speech patterns etc.
