Hi I do understand this problem. The problem has accentuated after core banking is deployed. Earlier, the rapport which used to be with the bank officials has now withered away. We are talking to an anonymous person at the bank's bank's backend system personnel. Hence,they would by no means be aware of the varience in our signature.
Until and unless we get biometric signature verification in place, there is pretty little that can be done. The only suggestion that can be made is to use electronic fund transfer etc. Agreed, it cannot be done at all instances.
