there could b a variety of reasons, but in my case, when i had the same issue, i had just deleted/uninstalled the last program i had downloaded. i don't really remember now, which program it was, but try it. just take out whatever u installed since the problem started. it might help. also, delete all your temperary files. those r the ones with extention .tmp.
