Well, as I wrote in my earlier mail, let me put the happenings in order: 1. Concession available to government employees 20% 2. Same extended to visually challenged 3. Concession to government employees reduced to 10%
Now, does it explicitly state that the reduced concession applies to visually challenged also? Or is it a case where people are reading from between the lines?
