frends I am custummer of kanara bank lanka branch Varanasi. the bank manager has rejected my request of ATM. he said to me that blind and elitrate are same because of their LTI. he reject my manually tranjection. he has not accept my widrole form and said to me that without witness I will not accept your widrole form. I am in a big problem. I am unable to use my own personal mony. please help me. what can I do.
