Dear ziyauddin I'm attaching the banking circular which empowers you to claim for ATM and other banking services. Please download/print and show it to your branch manager. If he/she doesn't give you an ATM warrn him/her that you will sue them in Court. Hope this helps. And circulate this circular among your other BHU blind friends.
