What if it takes more time to find a person to help us in crossing the
road and hence the delay? What if we can't board a bus due to heavy
crowd? What if there is no direct bus after a certain time and we
have to change two or three busses which is not easy and hence the
reason for early departure?

In the place I live in, there is no problem what so ever to go to the
office in time and leave after working hours. But friends in big
cities, even those with good mobility skills, expressed the need for
such a facility. Yes, there will surely be some people who will
misutilise this facility by taking undue advantage of the same as is
the case with the current liberal scribe guidelines. But can we deny
a facility to the genuinely needy on the premise that some people are
misusing it?
