Dear friend's, One of my friend who is a visually challenged who can't hear but is using hearing aid to hear is qualified BA History,MA History and as passed UGC NET. he is fluent in English When he had gone to a Government college to attend the interview for the post of a lecturer he got rejected from the college since he can't hear. Would like to get a circular on how these kind of people can work. Hope to hear your ideas soon.
