It is very unfortunate for us, senior citizens are allowed concession through Online because railway officers know well this important fact that after their retirement, they can enjoy travelling in different AC classes in maximum best trains only by this way, other wise disabled (VH) person can also have same facilities for getting concession in Rajdhani type trains too, as senior citizen can avail in class AC1 in same trains. Further, How is it possible, when we VH can get job and other several basic facilities on bases of our Disability certificate which is issued by an authorised board of Doctors of Govt. Hospital, then how can we be denied to avail the concession train through Online?! Finally, we must strongly keep this view that "group of normal officers" does not want to understand our problems, even though other disabled persons do not want to do so. So that, like Kanch and other VH advocates will have to do some their personal efforts. Unfortunately, presently, I do not know to file a matter before High Court through In Person, so I am helpless in this matter, although at present, I am fighting my several matters in Central Administrative Tribunal New Delhi "through In Person" since December 2012, in which some have been decided in my favour, One in against me "especially visual code related (copy of order awaited)" and rest are still pending.
