Indeed cruel!

stray dogs are a big-time problem. I too am attacked by one a few
years ago but saved due to the thick cloth material of my jeans. I
know of Hozefa also suffering one such attack. We have approached our
area corporator and explained him the situation but in vain. Request
learned and aware list members to take up the matter to the right
authorities to avoid any such events in the future.
