flipkart website is not that accessible with the screen readers. You can accomplish maximum tasks though, but sometimes the contents are not identifiable. I also experienced a strange issue on several occasions when JAWS doesn't announce the block of text as links, buttons or whatever, but pressing enter on them would serve the purpose. therefore, the best thing I would recommend you to call their customer support at 18004201111 and ask them to place the order on behalf of you. Please note that if you wish to make payment through credit or debit card, you cannot do that over phone of course. I think the cash on delivery service is offered across almost all major cities in India.
