Hi Ajay,

My answers are inline and are prefixed by my initials.
Hi sir,
1. Which OCR would you recommend then which can process tables correctly?
PL] The kurzweil 1000.
2. Most of the times I use the features highlighted by you but the
main problem lies in aligning graphs/ pictures/ other objects in
either my word docs or PPTs.
PL] This is where templates are handy because they already have place
holders for images etc. You can look at the properties of these objects and
try doing the math. It is easier to get a sighted colleague to quickly
adjust a few pictures. Any reviewer will help you with this. In PowerPoint,
Jaws does tell you if a picture is covering or overlapping some text
element. Usually, the trick is to move the picture away until it is in the
clear.
3. I fully agree that keeping jaws on a faster rate really helps. I
keep it at around 70% and it has saved my life in a lot of surprise
tests <smiles>!
PL] True and I have had several colleagues ask me which language is my
computer speaking? <grin
