I too think shapes and sizes should be distinct rather than have Braille
markings.

Shape and size of coins should be distinct for coins of one, two, five and
ten to distinguish them tactually, as was the case in twentieh century.
Similarly size of notes can also be varied a bit more than at present in
length/breath instead of introducing so-called blind marks...
