Hi there, Glad to know about this meeting. Few years ago; I did interact with RBI governor who put me onto his concerned officer for issues dealing with accessible currency. I was told that accessible currency can be taken by Ministery of finance as their department are authorize to design and print coins. I am glad that concerned stakeholders are part of this meeting but a word of caution based on my past interactions; they are very relectent to specify timeline for implementation as according to them various stakeholders are consulted prior to implementation of any initiatives.
