Modi positive traits may be praised whereas his negatives if any must be criticized. As to come to this article, we must take it a very good welcoming step from Gujarat government which is delayed. Many governments never take us in cogniscence. In such cases we must educate them and grab our opportunities. Our neighbouring Karnataka has the same problem where Modi is not ruler.
